🔐 Deposit Policy • A Non- Refundable deposit is required to secure appointments. • Deposits will go towards the total of services. 🗓️ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours prior to appointments. • Reschedules must be done 24 hours prior to appointments. • Late cancellation within 24hrs will result in 50% inconvenient fee. • Late reschedules within 24hrs will result in 50% inconvenience fee. •No- show will result in 50% inconvenience fee and banned from booking in the future. 💳 Payment Policy • A valid card on file is required to book. • Card will only be charged in the event of late cancellation, late reschedules, no-show or unpaid balance. ⏰ Late Policy • Please arrive on time. • A 10 minute grace period will be given • After 10 minutes appointment will be cancelled. 🚷 Guest Policy • No extra guests allowed unless being serviced. • Mothers are allowed to bring their child if needed.
